Pumpkin Spice
& Everything Nice
It’s fall y’all meaning all pumpkin errthang is BACK! Here’s my healthier and cheaper option to the (Caramel) Pumpkin Spice Latte.

What you will need:
- Keurig
- Starbucks Pumpkin Spice pod
- Vanilla or Caramel flavored Premier Protein (or pre-mixed protein of your choice)
- Almond or Coconut Reddi Whip
- Agave Nectar or raw local Honey
- Cinnamon or Pumpkin Spice
The instructions:
- Brew a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Keurig pod and either prepare warm or over ice
- Add about 1/4 -1/2 a Premier Protein depending on how much cream you like. Vanilla is great but I really prefer Caramel because I love all things sweet
- Top with Whipped Cream—I use Almond Milk Whip or Coconut Milk whip as I don’t drink cow’s milk when I can help it and both taste amazing. I realize the protein has cow’s dairy in it but choosing to make swaps *when you can* rather than placing a label or identity on the decisions you make (like being vegan or dairy free) feels more flexible, sustainable, and healthy to me while also feeling like I’m making the impact I’d like (ie choosing non dairy whip encourages companies to continue to create new non dairy alternatives in the long run and maybe ONE day Premier Protein will get on board… long tangent 😂)
- Sprinkle with Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon or both!!
Bonus: I recently also added a tiny drizzle of agave nectar as well to make my Caramel Pumpkin Spice have the texture I enjoy!
